Ok, do people not understand she was given more time not less because of who she is?

She was let out because of a medical condition early but she's not the first normal or celebrity to be let out of jail early for circumstances beyond their control

no one - I repeat NO ONE does more than a day or two on a second degree suspended license -

she's not beating the system - people just want to believe she is because of who she is

obviously a lot of you have never had a run in with the law - which is good...

everyones talking about the law and who should do what time according to the law, I want to see some credencials if you're going to make a statement about what a person normally should serve under such and such offense. 9 times out of 10 people just pull facts out of their ass when they make a statement about what they think the punishment for a crime is.

for instance, I've heard people say "oh hit and run... dude... thats 5 to 10 years"

maybe thats true, maybe it's not, but they obviously don't know a damn thing about it either way.

But do you not realize also how many great things she is going to be given in life because of who she is?

I don't remember which European country it was or if it was a law that was actually passed, but I remember awhile back hearing about making at least the financial penalties for driving related crimes match the finances of the person committing the crime. So a $200 speeding ticket for one of us could be as much as $100,000 for somebody else. Now that's justice.

And I did get a DUI and took it quite seriously, with both my drinking problem and every legal aspect to the letter.

Then there's her influence on pop culture, shallow example of how to live, she's dumbing down world culture. I'm not the least bit surprised that this bitch couldn't even spend ONE WEEK behind bars without crying so hard that she "made herself sick" to get an early release. But if you had the kind of money to beat the system...wouldn't you find a way out?

So what should we learn from this situation?

1. That "rich pretty white people with problems" can and will beat a severely fucked up judicial system...but niggers, spics, and poor white trash will just have to do the time whether they're innocent or guilty. If it's the LAPD we're talking about then they're probably innocent or have been unfairly sentenced 70% of the time.

2. If this bitch should EVER commit manslaughter while under the influence...6 months tops. Four of them will be spent in a maximum security beach house.

3. This bitch is so not gangsta.

I wonder how much work it will take her publicity machine to spin this shit into something positive?
