Losing first seconds of audio when importing. Please Help!!

Anytime I import an audio file such as an MP3 into an audio channel in live it ends up cutting out the first second or so. Anyone know what the deal is?

Hi,

- Which exact version of Live are you using?
- If you're on PC, do you have Quicktime player installed? If not, could you try installing it and see if you still experience the same problem?

I'm using the latest version of 6 and I'm on a new Macbook. I still cant figure this out.
