inverted phases

Hello
When i render the same song in live and tracktion with the same settings i can't hear anything when they play at the same time. That means that the programs are rendering with inverted phases. Is this a problem?
btw. ardour and tracktion are rendering the same phase.

Sorry,
my fault.
dsp4 invert them when using the batch Processor. :-(
