Scrubbing clip audio with mouse when warping is off

Please enable scrubbing of the clip's audio when warping for the clip is set off.

I have a situation where I have to browse through an mp3-file to find a loopable beat. How should I do this efficiently when I can't scrub the file?

Let's say my song is very uptempo and the mp3 is downtempo. Now if I enable warp to be able to scrub through it, it will be much harder to find a proper loop.
