I like Vaz Modular quite a bit, but I just haven't found the right place for the things I build in it with what I do...

NI's the backbone of my studio. All of it gets used, but the things that probably get used the most are Reaktor, Absynth, Massive and Battery. Plus, Spektral Delay's my most used effect.
not to hijack, but can anyone explain a little better what this thing does? I just own massive, but have generally been blown away by it so, to think of why NI would create an entire module just for delay...
edit: referring to spectral delay

Cameleon 5000 is pretty awesome as well as Albino...
Personally I'd give my top five though as
Reaktor, Absynth, Moog Modular V, Symptohm and Tassman...

Its not a delay in the same sense as an echo or repeater type delay.
It works by analyzing the incoming sound and then dividing it up into hundreds of separate bands. You are then able to manipulate these bands in any number of ways with EQ, panning and other kinds of methods including more traditional delay FX,, all of this is done inside the plugin,, Lives Granular delay is in the same ball park.

I just set up my olde G4 tower with OS9 and Reaktor3, so all I can say is Weedwacker from the R3 premium library. It might be my favourite synth full stop. It's really, really good, even more so when run through a bit of analogue warming and with my crappy hardware reverb on it.
Suit #1: I mean, have you got any insight as to why a bright boy like this would jeopardize the lives of millions?
Suit #2: No, sir, he says he does this sort of thing for fun.

...well call me old fashioned but I prefer the hands on feel.. but having said that have quite liked the Novation V Station. Been playing with Simpler and Impulse too and quite like them.

ableton synths are the top of the heap for me.
2nd to that are the d16 synth/drum-machines.
3rd is audiomulch, when its a full moon kind of vibe.
