No sound when auditioning in browser

Can anybody help?
I am new to Live. Updated from live lite 5 to full version of live 6.

When I try to audition anything in the browser there is no sound. That includes samples, patches, everything.

Yes, I have the headphone icon switched on, and the little bar thing in the bottom left corner counts down to indicate that something is playing.
To audition anything I have to drop it in a slot in the session view to be able to hear it, and some of the clips from the library take up to 20 seconds to load, I’ve timed them.

Click on the little headphone icon up top of the browser, make sure the cue volume is up on the master channel.
