Battery 3.0.2 not recieving keystrokes

I bought B3 in november 06 and after finding numerous bugs stopped using it,
I have just updated to 3.0.2 and one of the first things I did was attempt to rename a cell but couldn't because it doesn't recieve my keystrokes.Worst of all, even though B3 is in focus my keystrokes are recieved by live instead,so if I try to delete a cell in battery the last selected object in live is deleted!

Live quirk or battery bug? the latter I suspect.

I have tried combinations in the plugin window prefs with no joy anyone else have this problem?

Battery was the first and proberbly last NI product I will pay for my advise stay clear.

LOL, the eaxct opposite behaviour of 3.01. Stupid NI, I sold Battery 3 as well, way too buggy.
