sorry, this isn't really a ableton specific question, but i was hoping someone could help.
my new m-audio trigger finger won't fully respond to the Enigma software or save my midi edits.
when i try to download what's on the trigger finger to Enigma i get an error saying that the transmission has timed out with USB trigger finger. When i try to upload a user preset the trigger finger screen then says "Err"
When i try to program presets without the Enigma software, i enter edit mode, change the pad to the midi note i want, then hit the "save & exit" button followed by the pad that i want the preset saved under.... the trigger finger screen then says, "Err"
I'm on a 800mhz G4 laptop running OSX 10.3.9. The Enigma software is the latest version from the m-audio site. I've also tried the same scenario on a friend's MacBook as well.
