Humm Guinness, but only when I'm home in Dublin.

+1 for Hefe Weissbier in Germany

Koff 4b when I'm looking for something different

but I'm in London so I've always got Stella or 1664 in the fridge.

I am surprised no one has listed Delirium Tremens. Yum that.

I also like Kronenbourg, and Stella as more main consumption.

There are also a host of breweries stateside that are making pretty darn good Belgian styles. (But I forget most of the names).

Strong spirits:

A rocks glass, some ice, a couple shots of Cabo Wabo Reposado, a slice of lime, and a habanero-stuffed olive (w/juice).

Excuse me, the liquor cabinet is calling me...

a habanero-stuffed olive?!?!

You're a true man of genius.

Tying one on with Sauza and Squirt, too late to get to the store for the olives.
