Samples not fitting loops

Post by Brainstormer » Tue Jul 03, 2007 5:46 am

This has happened a few times, I drop a drum loop in, and it doesn't fit the full bar and can't loop. Ableton seems to think the 1 bar drum loop is less than a bar;

Start Point: 1 1 1
End Point: 1 3 3

LOOP

Position: 1 1 1
Length: 0 2 2

and whatever I try to do to change it, nothing allows me to lengthen the loop to fit a complete bar. Albeit, the drum loop plays and loops much faster than the set tempo.

Is there a way I can fix this so I can drop the loop in to fit into the bar?

Hi,

Can't you solve that by adjusting the 'segment tempo' of the clip? i.e. by dragging a warp marker until the '2' is visible and rigth at the end of the clip?
