Operator prog change

Post by MightyT » Tue Jul 03, 2007 10:16 am

Hi, Just a quick question.
I´m about to buy operator for use in a live set, is it possible to pre-program program changes, so that when i reach a specific scene operator flips to the new sound i want, like with external midi synths etc?
I´m a little new to this midi stuff in ableton. Thanks. // M

operator doesn't responde to program changes, but you can use chain selector automation. abletones instruments and effects don't use any cpu when they are inactive so the chain selector is quite simliar to the program change option.
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
