Fixing a mess?

Im sorting out and helping someone I know who has been working on a computer game the last couple of years. The team making it honestly made a balls of it, and they havent got anymore funding so they cant continue.

Well Im trying to fix this awfull sound job.. im going to use ableton but I need too know some stuff like, removing noise from a voice recording (yes recorded in a room with a computer

) and various stuff like using reverb to create like an outside feeling.

Its really bad and i would love your help.

This might be what you don´ t want to hear:

1. Unless you have a stellar, ground-shaking noised vocal performance, you are better off investing time/andor/money recording the voices again.
