My Ableton Live 6 Presets in OS X are gone!

Help....

I accidentally deleted the folder \users\Mike\Documents\Presets when I tried to copy another folder named 'presets' in there. In Windows it would just update the folder, but apparently in OS X it will completely delete the folder then copy in the new folder data. Without that folder in Live 6 I cannot see the presets for any of the effects or instruments.

If this was a Windows machine, I'd just reinstall Live 6 (in a Windows machine this would have never happened).

How can I get my instrument and effects presets back in Live 6 in OS X?

That links to alot of the instrument presets, but not the effects presets

I think when you go to:
preferences > Live Pack tab
you can reinstall the Live 6 Basics pack again..

the first pack in that download link is also the Live 6 Basics pack..
