Clip pause mode, sort of advanced legato.

It would be cool if we could have a second legato mode,
so you could choose between mode A and B as example.
This B mode would stop playing a the current position when an other clip in the same track is launched,
but wouldn't continue to play back in the background for the time the other clip is running.
It should remember it's stopping position and continue to play back exactly from it's stopping position when relaunched.
That could be cool to break up stuff, without interupting the flow and loose bits and bars of the original clip.

Really nobody who finds this usefull?
I think it would be a nice addition.

Good idea, but really this comes down to a pause button for each clip. or a pause button on the track at least. With this, you could get the same effect, but have a wider range of options to use.

Indeed, it should work like a pause function,
autopause in this case when you trigger an other clip.

Yeah, it would be great, very weird I think.
But more as a pause button or something rather another legato mode.
