can an ableton Live 6 set (16 Audio TRACKS) be converted to pro tools format? if so, HOW?

run the audio tracks into pro tools through rewire?
but look by your sig I don't know if you have pro tools. if you don't have pro tools already i don't think there is a way to save them into ptf format through Live.

Rewire or render all the tracks and import the .wav or .aiff files into Protools. Live has a render all tracks option.
Rewire is the most convenient way but you need a good fast computer setup to rewire 16 tracks with both live and protools running on the same machine, assuming the studio is running both on one computer.
Otherwise, slightly more tedious but less CPU intensive is the import rendered tracks option.

that's fine except it doesn't record a lot of the automation and fades, so you end up doing it manually anyway. but yeah, omf support would be nice !
