It was released in 1991... 16 years ago. Any tracks released > 15 years ago qualify as old.tempus3r wrote:The fact that you think Jesus built my hotrod is old Ministry makes me feel really old.timothyallan wrote:I love old Ministry.... Jesus built my hotrod!

PS I doubt you're -that- old.
With Ministry there is a clear line of when they were synthpop, to when they went industrial, to metal.timothyallan wrote:It was released in 1991... 16 years ago. Anything on "Twitch" and "With Sympathy" qualify as "old Ministry". waaaay before Jesus built my hotrod.
They were playing that old stuff when I would sneak into clubs when i was 16. That was a pretty long time ago!
All hail Mike Scaccia! That guy is insanely fast. When I first heard Psalm 69, it blew me away, even though I had heard of Rigormortis (Mike's old band).
It's interesting hear the comparison in sound between "Thieves and Liars" from "A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste", where Al sampled his guitar to make the riff compared to "Psalm 69" from "Psalm 69", where Mike's guitar is probably starting to smoke.
Everybody take a listen! (If you can deal with industrial/metal, that is.)
