programmable keyboard?

I want a mini keyboard (not midi) that can be programmed with key-commands (eg: ctrl shift p ). Also it needs to have either space around the keys so i can label them or have clear tops for the labels.

20 keys or more!

any ideas?

Nostromo game controllers - only 15 keys, but with shift function and other nifties. I like!
