"midicheck.cfg cannot be closed"

well, i had already read about this somewhere in the forum, but could not find it again....it was said to delete the midicheck.cfg file manually but that file does not even exist on the location mentioned!! any advice or ideas please?

I have this problem ass well.. i cant start live no matter what.. uninstall, deleted prefs ... any ideas?

figured it out... On Vista your user needs full permissions from the root of the drive..
