copy session into another session

HI PEOPLE,
CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO COPY A SESSION INTO ANOTHER SESSION? CTRL+C CRTL+V DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE I CAN'T OPEN 2 SESSIONS IN THE SAME TIME...I KNOW THERE'S A TRICK...PLEASE!

drag the bits from session using file browser

ok i explain better... i have a liveset of 1 hour long(60 samples) and another liveset also very long that i want to mix with the old one in order to have the whole liveset of 2 hour long...is that possible without re-write again all the informations and samples?thanks all!

to elaborate a bit on the previoius answer

open one of the sets

using the file browser, find the second set

drag the second set into the current set
