nope..
pen in mouse-mode doesn't work either..

this has to be fixed from within Live..

but my guess is that this would require some steady UI recoding..

Due to a serious arm problem I switched to Wacom for everything else- having to mouse around in Live is really a bummer. So I'd certainly appreciate this function.

Anyone ever use any 3D programs like Cinema 4D?

C4D supports tablets, but you have to turn it on in preferences, otherwise parameters jump around like crazy (just like turning a knob in ableton), once you tick that magic box though everything behaves wonderfully.

I know zero about programming, but how hard can it be, especially considering a thousand other apps support this type of device?

Maybe we should band together, put a post up in general and organize an email campaign to Ableton HQ, commit to keeping this thread at the top, etc. - just to make sure we are being heard ya know?

just bumping so the abes won't forget to at least put it into live 7. (and hope they feel appropriately emberassed that they let a major creative software package come to version 6 without wacom support)

Grrrr... Still no Wacom support in 6.0.10. Come on Ableton. I mean, is this something that requires a total software rewrite or something. Has anyone from Ableton ever adequately explained the delay on this?

Hell yeah. Why not?
Lets do the same for CC recording, MIDI plugins, more then 8 macros, Locator presets, the edit button, etc...

It will probably slow things down too, but at least they got to know about the one feature that some people want the most!
