Ableton's Sync Situation

I'v recently ran into a BIG problem with ableton.
I noticed when i bounce synths off ANY vst instrument i use ,in audio it is not synched and i must real time strech it myself for VERY SINGLE synth now ( you gottA zoom in a bit in the audio env to see ),it's a really big hassle and even tho i LOVE ableton live alot if I don't find a way to fix this I might just switch to another sequencer,But before im asking here to see if anyone else has this problem or how I could fix it ? I know my friend was having this problem too when he would do collabs from ableton into cubase,the audio from ableton was just rongfully synched.
I hope if im not the only one having this problem,ableton will fix it in Version 7.
