Installing on Vista machine

I'm having an issue getting Live 6.09 to run after I install it. I get a "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click OK to terminate the application." when I run the program

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 Laptop with 2gig RAM and a 2Ghz Core2 Duo, currently only have internal audio. It seems to be a permissions issue, but I don't know how to correct the problem

any thoughts?

Finally figured a way to install Live 6 on Vista, so I figured I'd post it.

In the Control panel, under Programs/Programs and features is an Wizard "use an older program with this version of Windows" I was able to install and run Live 6.0.9 . Now I get to see how well it works
