Roland JP-8000 Virtual Analog Synthesizer for SALE!
Roland JP-8000 Virtual Analog Synthesizer for SALE!
This is a cool synth, but I'm ready to pass it on since I have no time to play. Great synth, great condition, works perfectly, used in a non-smoking environment. Used only at home, never been gigged. Asking $499 or Best Offer ... I prefer cash.
I am also including a Keyboard stand, $29.99 DVD Owner's Manuel, and soundsets by Manuel Schleis - X-Plorations and Ross Baker. All these alone will cost you over $130.00. Do your research. Please no flakers & scam artists.
I am located in the Bay Area, CA. Local buyers only.

Sorry Lapax, I don't want to hi-jack the thread but as an aside; I have a UK power-supply version of the JP-8000 I'd be happy to ship to the UK for those who expressed an interest.
Unforuntately mine just isn't getting as much as it should, even though it's a really nice sounding synth, and in good condition (I still have the original box). I shipped it over from the UK when I first moved to the US so that's the reason it has a UK power supply (I'm using it with a step-down voltage convertor here in the US). So...
If anyone in the UK wants a JP-8000 super-cheap, I'm willing to ship it back to it's home. I'd do it for $300 plus shipping, about 150 quid. Let me know via PM if you're interested and I'll figure out the shipping.

Price Drop on Roland JP 8000
The price has been dropped to $450.00. Anyone interested in buying my Roland JP 8000. The unit is 100% functional. All sliders and faders work great.

A great synth that still sounds better than almost all V/A's currently being built even with it's age.
and if anyone thinks its for trance music, listen to D Ramirez, he was all over the JP's quirky soundds in a video of him in a studio.
the deep clean bass of the JP is awesome too, gonna start using it (even though i also ave a moog voyager)
But all your basses sound like shit. Chocolate rain, in fact.sweetjesus wrote: the deep clean bass of the JP is awesome too, gonna start using it (even though i also ave a moog voyager)
I've owned the JP8K and the 8080, and it's a great synth. And if you are still doing tarnce, bands like Above & Beyond still use the JP supersaw over the virus...after 10 years, it's still a kickass synth!
