I figure I'm going to have to call them on this too... The first time I activated Live was offline - with the whole challenge code thing. Then I installed it on my laptop. I'm building a new PC right now for Live - I'm probably going to have to call them to unlock it, aren't i?

(that question is for those who've replied to this thread who have already been through the process of unlocking multiple times)
