hello, we're running live 6.0.9 on a powerbook g4 1.5g, 768m ram, osx 10.3.9 with a presonus firebox for an interface. running 7 stereo tracks, ableton plugins only (no vst), doing completely inane things like turning tracks on and off or switching trax/seq view will cause the program to sputter a little then just close completely.
should the OS be upgraded first, as it could be a coreaudio issue? is there anything else that can be done here?
long shot: would going down to an older version of live (how i have no idea) work? new versions are cool and everything but if older is more stable then by all means, we need this machine to be ROCK solid, we are running live sets on it and feeding lighting data via midi so, if it decides to shit on us onstage we are left with no tracks and in the dark. the fact that it's dying for no reason is already making us pretty antsy about using the program at all =(
any suggestions are super awesome,

totally random crashes
hey
I get issues that are kind of like this too,for example i will take a finished track and start deleting a few tracks off it so i can make a new track out of it and usualy around track 13 i will delete it and it will crash...or if i select alot of patterns to delete at once it will just crash, really anoyying.

I'm having the same problem w/ 6.07 and now I'm almost thinking of going back to 5.2 until this all clears up...
It seems to happen the most when I'm making 2 key commands in rapid succession, or stopping starting quickly.
anyone having better luck w/.10?
