EQ3 - Sudden soundbursts

Is it just me, or does this happens to everyone?
Whenever using the amazingly sounding EQ3, especially more than 1 version, i get sudden random soundburst, like its feedbacking 100%, and i have to panic-shutdown everything before my hearing gets totally destroyed.

Is this a known bug everyone but me knows about, or is this just happening here?

Im on 6.0.5, if that matters.

steffensen, do You work on MacOSX ?
I've experienced EQ3 similar malfunctions few times and thought it could be caused by some other software (virtue desktops?).

Im on WinXP, and no other software's are in use at the time. A friend of mine got the same problem with the EQ3 the other day also, so its not just me it seems.
