You're right to call on Novamusik if you had problems with them. No company is perfect and you're right to expect certain standards as a customer. Whether an employee is having a bad day or not doesn't excuse that, it just seems untypical with most responses to that company on here but no-one is perfect and the company might benefit from the feedback if they truly care.

Maybe they only helped him out because they noticed him making the problem known in a public forum and didn't want the bad press?dinsync wrote:wow. you are such a dick!parma wrote: I am glad they did the stand-up thing and remedied the situation.
first novamusik are an awesome company.
why the fuck didn't you wait until you got the prize before selling your existing copies? you are responsible for your actions. stop blaming others.
the fault (if any) is with NI. I'm sure they asked Novamusik to run the contest for them to generate some interest. They have no control over upgrade policies.
You did indeed recieve a copy of komplete.
Probably the worst is that you choose to do all this in a public forum before you even give Novamusik a chance to help you out.
You depress me.
I don't think his assumptions were all that bad and I think in light of how it worked out they should've helped him (which they did)
