apparently in Binary that is equivalant to:

text:
Base64: EQ==
Hex: 11
Dec/Char: 17

I think I prefer Base64

I can sort of relate to that

Ok, so why is it that when you click on "find all posts by forge" one only gets 8543 results?

haha, perhaps the phpBB didn't foresee anyone daft enough to post that much? Maybe 8543 is some sort of theoretical maximum? Just like the search-engine, which includes signatures and so on, lol!

My guess is the count is the number of threads, not posts? Makes sense.

Aren't those the posts from the Live 3/4/5 public beta testing sections that are deleted?

If the "Post here to get your name in the locked forum" thread would be deleted, you wouldn't be able to search those posts.

Try finding a spambot with 1 post and then try to view his thread. If its deleted, you wont be able to find the post but the spambot will still have one post.

Check this: http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=72849
http://www.ableton.com/forum/search.php ... thor=Wendy

5 posts, only 1 post can be found. Only because customer support answered it :lol:
