OS X 10.4.10, 48000 khz, 64 sample buffer in Live gives a 13.2ms throughput latency

The major trouble is VISTA, directly not work.
Under OSX i have same result, with some drops every 20 or 30 minutes.

Actualllyl, I've had very good luck with NI support. Why not simply try to ask how to solve your problem there? It just MIGHT be your system, you know.....

Chuck (WinXP, 5 ms max on any of my DAW's (Sonar PE, Live 6, Fruity Loops, Dimehsion Pro, etc.....)

xp and osx have aceptable results, under vista no way.
I buyed new laptop with vista..........

cant use on vista ; (

Right, Windows Vista has teething problems with respect to audio drivers, and will probably take some time for the dust to settle, until the bugs are worked out with the "legacy" devices. I certainly won't be upgrading my computer anytime soon......

Sorry to hear about your experience, though.....

It is hard for me to imagine WinXp SP2 as "legacy", but that's what Microsoft wants everyone to believe......

Fast Track Pro
Vista Ultimate (with sp1 beta)
Imac 20" 2.4ghz 3gb ram
Just 5ms in/out no audio glitches no drops no problems no high cpu usage.

AK1 19ms, under vsita is the lower latency where have some ocational audio drops, 40ms, and drops continue, lower of 19ms, JUST IMPOSSIBLE OF USE
All this specs under Vista and XP on same machien where my new Fast Track Pro have 0 troubles and 5ms latency.........
