next problem:

I dowloaded a demo version of ableton to nurse my anxiety. however, impulse doesnt work, and non of the instruments have patches, so i cant make anything.


also, is unlocking live from the demo version the same as unlocking it from the version not for demo?

to be honest i have not installed the demo for a few years - since version 4.

I beleive that the demo is the full package, and the download is just the program.

Otherwise when there are updates we would need to download the entire package instead of just the program, which woul donly be a waste of bandwidth & time.
