I cannot get the keyboard keys "a,s,d,f,g,h,j" and so on working with my presets. I have it activated in the top right and the icon is in yellow also, when I hit the keys the upper right square flashes yellow. Just the presets will not make the sounds. Any advice?
Thanks
edit: also, why is it that everytime i drop a song into an audio track it completely messes up the tempo on it?
Problems using keyboard for presets...help?

for the computer keyboard as input device, make sure:
- that the track containing the Instrument is either armed or that monitor is set to IN
- That the octave it plays matched what the instrument is waiting for. You can change the octave used by the computer keyboard with the Z and X keys, and see the resulting octave indication in Live's status bar.
For the clips being warped when you drag them, there are Preferences you can set, as to use your prefered warp settings, or no Warp settings. See in the Preferences page, Record/Warp/Launch tab.
You can open the Info view, at the Bottom left of Live's main screen, and when you mouse over any of the Preferences items, you'll see a short explanation of what it does.
