i just don't get it ...any help?

hi guys,
i just started to use seriously live and even if i read the manual i don't really get how it work the launch mode fuction and the follow action...i mean that i aspect all the time a different behaviour from the sample...trigger,gate,toggle,repeat but expecially the follow action,how does it work?

Launch mode functions define how a clip starts.
Follow actions define what happens after a clip is done playing.

With follow actions, you could set up 4 different loops on a track. You'd only have to click on the first one, and once it was done it'd automatically play the second, then the third, then the fourth, then back to the first, and so on. You could even throw in a little chance into the equation. Perfect for sound installations, or for performances when two hands just isn't enough, or for using your computer to help compose songs for you.
