Please fix the rewire latency problem
Reason 4 is out and its great. I would love to use it without the untidy workarounds needed to deal with PDC and rewire.
The workarounds with separate rewire inputs with negative track delays are only partially fine since you can't mix Reason controlled devices [no pre-delay] with Live controlled devices easily [greater than PDC pre-delay values]
C'mon, I'm sure you can do it in this version. Its really important to us who use Reason with Live.

There's some sort of latency setting that can be manually added in this new external wrapper plug-in.
I missed out on the first round of beta so I can't check, but I am so looking forward to testing it when I can.
The key thing is - will Reason's own internal time line match with Ableton's? ie Will Reason controlled Reason devices match Live controlled Reason devices without manual latency correction?
Either way, this new wrapper should make it easier to use Reason devices.

Using the External Instrument in Live 7, you can use your Reason instruments without latency, since everything happens in the same track:
- set the "MIDI to" to a Reason instrument
- set the "audio from" to the same
Now it just behaves as if it were an internal instrument, latency-wise. The "Latency" setting in the External Instrument is only to compensate manually for hardware device latency, if needed.
