Midi Mapping Impulse onto Trigger Finger

Post by vodkeezy » Wed Oct 03, 2007 11:07 pm

So I've figured out how to map everything else in Live 6 to my TF but have yet to find a way to play my drums on it. Anybody got any advice? Thanks

you can't "map" impulse. It responds to a set series of midi notes, meaning you will have to re-program your trigger finger to send the right ones.
I believe its midi notes 60 62 64 65 67 69 71 72 - check the manual for that.

good luck.

You could also build a little rack to translate the notes -

yes, but it's a bit of a struggle for a newb, especially because there are two Cs.
