Naming tracks and IMPULSE

Post by jamez666 » Tue Oct 09, 2007 12:43 pm

A couple of suggestions that always get me...

1. Double click a track/column heading to rename it. You currently have to right click the track heading and select 'Rename'.

2. Drag and drop samples into IMPULSE slots via the associated IMPULSE MIDI clip rows (as well as the actual IMPULSE slots). Currently I load up all 8 impulse slots then switch to a midi clip on the impulse track to program the midi pattern. Realise a sound does not fit so I have so switch back to IMPULSE to swap a sound and then switch back to midi editing. Would be nice if I could drag a new sample directly on to the impulse midi clip row that I am currently editing. There are 8 rows of midi data in the impulse midi clip which map to the 8 impulse slots, so maybe have that 'swap' icon on the 8 midi rows as well as the impulse slots?
