Reaktor 5 - multi instruments / outs in Live 6

I own Ableton Live 6 and NI Reaktor 5.

I have Reaktor as a plugin within Live 6.

I am not very experienced other than opening or closing an instrument from the library or user library.

I currently am only able to load an instrument and control the midi notes, and control the interface of the instrument from within Reaktor.

I want:

multiple synths within the same instance of Reaktor (so I do not have to loan another instance and waste ram / cpu)
multiple outs from Reaktor (I don't know how to do this)
How do I control each of the instruments (break the keyboard into multiple zones?)
Automation (I do not know how to automate parameters - they do not show up in my parameter list within Ableton Live)

Do I use a mixer within Reaktor to achieve this?

I have not found any helpful resources online to achieve this.
