arm a midi track

Hey
I have just bought live today and I am completely new to the program. I have watched the tutorial for playing midi and software instruments but I get stuck only four steps in to it. The problem is that I have to arm my track using the arm button, however, there is no arm button on my screen and I just can not find it. Please help it is driving me mad

As an example, try this:
Look at track 3 here.
The red button at the bottom is armed.
Now if I hit any of those circles in the column above it, I'd start recording to that scene.


If you don't see that red button... try increasing the height of that window or turning off the Input/Output and X-fade views.
