wow.

the key to the left of the a key is called capslock.

if you use the shift key you can access the question mark symbol which is next to the right hand shift key.

punctuation is used to create emphasis in sentences and helps the intelligibility of the written word.

use your ears to change the volume of effects so that it appears stable.

sends should be used as sends.

thanks.

Great post, bensuthers.

Don't forget, you can also use that same key to make a capital letter. Capitals are usually used at the beginning of a sentence.

iF YOU ADD AN EFFECT AND THE VOLUME GETS TOO HIGH, TURN DOWN THE VOLUME. lIVE WILL NOT DO IT FOR YOU. tHE "RIGHT" WAY TO USE SENDS IS TO MAKE SURE THE EFFECT ON THE RETURN CHANNEL IS SET TO 100% WET, AND THEN USE THE SEND KNOBS TO ADJUST THE RELATIVE AMOUNT OF AUDIO THAT GETS SENT TO THAT PLUGIN ON EACH TRACK. aGAIN, USE YOUR EARS TO DETERMINE WHAT IS "RIGHT". FOR A LOUD EFFECT LIKE DISTORTION, YOU MIGHT HAVE TO TURN DOWN THE VOLUME ON THE RETURN TRACK, WHEREAS A RELATIVELY QUIET EFFECT LIKE REVERB YOU CAN LEAVE THE RETURN TRACK AT 0Db.

Follow that Utility on Invert tutorial on Sonic Tranfer.com that will stop (a little bit anyway) the volume from rising when you turn up the send , its a good one, I've used it and it worked for me. :D

It's best to get your levels correct after you add all the effects, Compressors should be used very sparingly. They degrade the signal. If your worried about clipping just use a compressor on a problem channel.

for clickfree effects on the fly use artillery by www.sugar-bytes.de , it has an ASR envelope for the drywet. and you can adjust the level of the effect.
