Okay these are just some, but if you like some of the more obvious ones but haven't heard or others, check 'em out--these are some great artists, as are the ones others have listed--I love these threads and hearing stuff I've never heard about.

Today, Sutekh, the periods make sense album and the live album.
Just picked up soft pink truth, Drew Daniels (from Matmos) "house" project. Pretty cool, reminds me a bit of Akufen.
Also recently got the complete and total collection of every Led Zeppelin studio recording from my father in law.
And another big recent hit has been a live recording of St. James Imfirmary by Lou Rawls.
And Hawtins DE9 closer to the edit mix is an old standby for sure.
There just too much to name!

But Atari Teenage Riot is just overkill with vocals. I want to hear the music, Sick to Death is cool and Delete Yourself rocks but most of the other songs on Burn Berlin Burn are just ruined from overpowering vocal overdose! I still like that album but after hearing Alec the Destroyer... Yes Smutek, how could leave out Ritchies DJ mixes De9, Dex Efx 909, Ibiza with Sven Vath is great 99.99.99.99.99.99.99.99.99.9 hehe! I swear the song Blood Angels uses a Soundshimmer Triwavepicnogenator for high pitched whinning ripping sound check em out www.3ms.com they make custom stompboxes-distortion, tremolo, phaser, etc and they do crazy mods any thing you can think of and they can do it. Add lfo's weird routing. Soundshimmer is their weird noise making gadgets division check out the noiseswash distortion box. It absolutely destroys any sound! Fucking earthshattering tones! Sorry for going off topic maybe I'll turn this into another thread, gotto go to bed, double shift tomorow

Okay, They changed their name to 4ms www.4mspedals.com
You know, i never picked that up, and I also love sven Vath. When I heard about that CD it seemed a no brainer, but I read a bad review about it somewhere, something about half the cd being soundbites of Vath and Hawtin bragging about there jet set lifestyles.suburbanbather wrote: Ibiza with Sven Vath is great 99.99.99.99.99.99.99.99.99.9 hehe!
For that reason alone I did not get it. Because of that one review. I have even passed it up used before.
Tell me more please. Tell me what I am missing!!!
Have you heard any of magda's sets? There was a great live set by her over on the Mutek site but it seems to be dead now. She and Richie Hawtin recently played nearby and I was so psyched to go, but being as busy as I am when I finally got around to checking the date I found out it had already happened like a week prior!

Thats when you yell FFFFFFFFFFfffUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!! at the top of your lungs. I have to see Ritchie Hawton DJ before I die. On that Ibiza CD, yes there are parts were it is Ritchie and Sven talking but its only maybe 5minutes max out of the whole cd (combined) 3 or 4 parts to that. But anyone that lets that get in their way of picking the cd up should give it a chance. One of the parts is some people outside the club waiting to get in and that really captured those moments for me and there is another part (not talking) but he mixes noise of club into the set and its a build up and release to (very effective I would say) In my opinion the cd is amazing and will deffiniatley go down as one of my all time favorite DJ mix cds.
