here's some emails that i've sent to arturia support. is anyone else having these problems???
(i've sent some messages before these that just told them what i've already tried. i've formatted / reinstalled my system and started from scratch with no results. i've updated all the software to the latest i own.)

i'm useing live 6 (the latest version of 6)
i've already deleted all the files and installed every version that i could find (1 / 1.2 / 2 beta) nothing works. live crashes every time. (some days) just yesterday, everything was working great (except for the moving tracks around crashing everything) today, live wont get past the start up screen.
i did set my default setup to have 2 analog factorys in it, but i did that just yeaterday, and i opened and closed it plenty of times with no crashing.
i did notice though, that if i moved a track and it crashed, it would not open again (any file) until i had restarted the computer.
by the way, are you getting both emails that i'm sending to you? i hope so, because i'm sending other symptoms in that email. you could just reply to one and say that you will use that one in the other email... would simplify things...

the syncrosoft update did nothing. (i think that the beta testing comes with the latest drivers for the key.)
but, live is crashing consistantly every time i open it. the standalone app works, but live wont load at all if there is a plugin in it.
i've also gotten protools le to crash a couple of times while opening, much the same as live. (only like 2 times.) ((now it seems to work fine...)) i also had to do that script prebinding app that digidesign put out for osx 10.4.10 systems. (bouncing icon in the dock.)
so perhaps it's something thats not compatable with osx??? or perhaps the digi drivers? i have no idea, but it does crash EVERY time.
i've tried the beta version of 2, but that 's no better.
i'm posting this problem on both the digidesign and ableton forums to let people know and see if they come up with an answer / ideas.
by the way, how do you add vst's into the vst custom folder in live? because, perhaps i could un-install analog factory and re-install with just the vst. BUT i cant get ANYTHING to load in the custom folder. i put vst's in, select the folder, refresh, and nothing shows up in my plugins. ??? is there a hidden directory or vst add method that i dont know about? pluss, i just want to add other vst's. i could do it easily in windows.
