padkontrol keeps locking up

anyone have this issue? should I try a specific driver?

using on a xp system.

Noticed you have an HP. I occasionally have this problem on my HP Turion x2 notebook (but not on my PC) . Whenever it happens, I just reinstall the drivers. You should have this on your start menu ('install drivers' or something) under the padkontrol menu item.

Maybe that's why the menu item exists. This is the only instance I've seen where software, after installation, provides an install link on the start menu...weird.

definately download the newer drivers on the korg site, they are much newer than the ones that ship.

whats happening when it locks up? does it lock Live up, or just the PK becomes unresponsive?
