All Track Render....weird sound in Pro Tools

i know All Track Render function, but i never used it.
Yesterday, I All-Track-Rendered my song, and put those results in my pro tools M-powered, and there was the weird sound happened.

it was suppose to be the exectly same sound in PT, but it was NOT.

So, does anyone know what wrong with that?

I dont have other DAW, so if it is just a problem in PT? or in anyother DAW?
or in Live?

when you render all in live, you also get a bounce of the master outs as a stereo mix.
Did you maybe import this in to PT at the same time as all the other tracks,, you may have some buss overloading some place,,
Other than that,,,
Try soloing each track till you find the one that is making the odd noise,, then open live and see if it is the same in live,, if not,, rebounce just that one track.
