"There is not enough memory, please close"

Using Ableton 6.07 as a slave to Cubase via rewire. Says there is not enough memory. Right now I've got 2 GB of DDR PC6400 RAM installed running XP. Updated to 6.10, same thing. Any ideas? With Cubase and Ableton running the project I'm working on, the memory peak is at 1.5GB of RAM used so with 2GB, I should be fine right? Is there any settings I can tweak? Will adding more RAM help this?

I should point out, the project will load and work fine, then after I'm working on it a while, that message pops up. Usually when I try to create a new event in Ableton.

Thanks in advance!
