Hey guys,
I did a very silly thing this morning and I need your help!
I'm running Live 5.2.2... and I accidentally clicked OK after setting Live to scan one of the root dir's on my Mac HDD, or the Mac HDD itself... and now Live crashes every time it loads up!
Is there anyway to reset this? Delete a pref file or something?

Yep. Delete your preferences.cfg...

Okay not wishing to sound simple....
but where IS preferences.cfg?
I've searched for it and cant find it!?

On Windows:
C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Ableton\Live x.xx\Preferences
On Mac:
/Library/Preferences/Ableton

hmmm I dont seem to have that?
I've done a search as well, and there's only one Ableton folder on my mac which is the one the app is contained in! :S
