I've worked with and understood many of these techniques for a long time.
And I usually scoff at these types of "tutorials".
But this is really informative and well laid out, it doesn't go too far into any one method of breaks, slicing, triggering etc. But it also explores in depth some of the finer points of deconstructing a beat.
