yeah i bought absynth 4. funny thing is it didn't make a difference. if everything ain fixed by the next update it will go back for a full refund.

The last should be right, try contacting NI support and check what they say.

Sometimes there is some other plug involved.

My relation with that synth is a good example of perfect love and hate balance.

Hi,

I have a pretty strange error, i had absynth 4 for a few weeks now, at first everything worked fine but since last week absynth and ableton keeps quiting when i try to use the menu of absynth (perform, patch, effect, attributes,...) the only thing that works now is the browser that pops up first. It also happens when i use the standalone so i know it isn't ableton.. anyone who would know a sollution to this, i already tried removing absynth completely and installing again but with no result.

My guess is you will have to contact Ni support ( i'm so sorry for you...)

What version are you using ?

absynth 4 and ableton 6.0.1, but it isn't ableton since the standalone version of absynth gives me the same strange accurence...

I had this type of issues with version 3 in the early builds.

Ew is right, contacting the support is your best bet on this one.
