What is the best computer for making intros?

Post by EvilEvil » Thu Nov 08, 2007 8:22 pm

Hello,

I have a big catalog of trance music on my laptop right now. I want to make some intros for the songs at once and maybe using the same intro on more than one.

I want to know what is the best computer for making introductions? I think that the introductions will not exceed 76 bars and beats so the computer doesn't need to have an extra long memory for playback, but shouldn't take too long to rewind either. I am going for form over function on this. I have researched many models and asked professional computer programmers what the best one is for a bunch of trance intros.I am thinking that a desktop computer or laptop might be the way to go. Please put it here, what you think.

None of the above, Evil. This is a task for ENIAC. It should fit just fine in your lap.

Any computer with an "interface" should do nicely. You just need a computer that can gently and tactfully introduce you to the main part of your trance. Oh, and you'll also want extra hard drive space so you can put your weed in there.
Before speaking, learn telling. And to tear magic from science is very dumb pupil-like.

76 bar intro - that's sounds so exciting! The possibilities are endless.

Why do you need a computer robot?

Dude you are so dumb it doesn't matter what computer you have when writing intros, like an intro needs a different computer just to be made, is this some kind of joke, i'm either really stupid or your really intelligent, which would make the computer you use irrelevant as the magnitude of such as decision rests on the abilty of one's self to remove one's head from inside the tube and gaze peacefully into the darkness of the quadge. Other times your posts equal that of a once fabled bard who compromised his botty boutiqe and found himself floating facedown in exactly 1 litre of yak urine. Needless to say the Yak urine graced many mens shoes as he licked his own penis off the souls of their tidy heels. Computer is ofen baba like bin and quide mix with tanned chimp....lube......anus......nappy....?

That's not what he said...

I think it's deeply philosophical.
