Instalation problems....

Hello guys this my problem.
I have Ableton Live 6 , i buyed a week ago , but i dint know i had to also to buy the sampler and operator , i tought it was included.
So after the instalation i could not find the serial for these plugins and i deleted my instalation.
Now i wonna instal it back , but the unlock key doesnt fit anymore and when i was trying to unlock another key with my serial and challenge code i recieve this message.........

Unlocking Live
Dear user, a problem has occured while trying to unlock Live:

ERROR: You have reached the unlock limit. To unlock again, please contact [email protected], and don't forget to include your Serial Number.

So if anybody knows a solution would be awsome , becouse i can't work on my livegig anymore becouse i cant instal it back to the laptop.

Hi,

Just do as the message says, send a message to [email protected] including your serial number and a short explanation, and they'll sort it out for you.

Ah ok thankx alot for the reply.
I was getting affraid that i fucked my ableton up , and that it was not possible to use it on my laptop anymore.
