I couldn't agree more with this. Since I've changed to Live, my productivity has doubled!

Get excited if you want but « total piece of shit » reflect perfectly my global toughts about flstudio.

See it as a condensed opinion.

I switched from FLStudio to Live and don't regret my decision at all. I loved working in FLS, but Live feels like a more polished program to me and I enjoy using it much more.

Other than that, I really don't get these "attention whore" posts that are so prevalent here. Seriously...who gives a shit about what you have now decided to use?

i just get pissed off cuz there seems like there is nothing to hope for - i see Live 7 and it doesnt really address anything i think needs to be implemented! they just carry on with there own little gimmicks!

i changed from fl to live about a month ago (used fruity for over 3 years) and i would never go back to fl. live is more creative, much better with midi, and looks much better :)

At least he didn't say FLstudio sounds "warmer" and "punchier" to his special ears. :D

If you don't use session view, I don't see how you can complain about the direction Live is going. It's kind of the point of the whole program. If it doesn't interest you, then it's probably not the software for you.

Dosn't make everyone else a fanboy if you bought software that isn't suited to your way of working.

Good luck with FL. Hope it's works out better for you.

I love session view. It is the only way I have been able to construct an actual song.
Ableton’s engineers are hard
at work developing code that will allow our software to predict the future, but we don’t
anticipate having this available until at least the next major release.

I don't use session view. But I still think Live is best thing I have tried.

Personally, unless 7 is buggy, I think it should do me for quite some time to come.

As a guy who is so completely demanding of is DAW, DJ Itchy, how about you throw up a link to your tunes so we can all marvel at your magnificent songs that in no way could have been made using Live due to all of it's hindering limitations?
