How to save disk space?

I'm taking up too much disk space because for some reason Live is saving every sample that I make, and this is filling up my hard drive way too fast. How can I keep Live from saving every sample, so that it only saves the one that I want to save?

in live 6: go to "manage project" - "show unsused samples" - delete them.
